Custom Packaging and Crating Customizations

As previously said, each honeycomb packaging solution is custom made to fit the dimensions (L x W x H), support the weight, and withstand the demands of the journey the item(s) will take. To do this, we provide a variety of customization options on the crates.

Customizations are intended to provide maximum protection, improve handling, and make loading and unloading of items easier.

Customization options include and are not limited to handles, lid openings, lid types, honeycomb paper pallets, plywood bases, timber pallets, inserts, and dividers.

Packaging Materials and Accessories

Besides manufacturing custom made honeycomb packing crates we also manufacture and supply other honeycomb paper based products.

These include the honeycomb paper itself, honeycomb paper pallets, kraft brown honeycomb boards/sheets, white graphic honeycomb boards/sheets, and door honeycomb.

In addition, we supply additional packaging materials such as corner protectors, gum tape, and edge board.

We have a zero minimum order size and quantity on all honeycomb paper packaging solutions, materials, and accessories.

Versatile, lightweight, and eco-friendly alternative to fiberglass, Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), and plywood.

Extensively used in packaging manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, construction, insulation, printing, and interior design.

Available in 10mm, 16mm, 22mm, and 35mm thick sheets.
Full board size is 2400 x 1500mm and can be supplied in custom sizes.

Each crates is custom made according to fit the volume of the item(s), hold the weight, and endure the demands of each journey. The crates can also customized to improve handling and packing. This may be to meet the needs of each item(s), market, or legislation. For example adding dividers to various items going into a single crate or a small pallet for a 50kg item.
ISPM15- EXEMPT: No Fumigation Required
All materials used in the making of crates are exempt from ISPM-15 Legislation. This means that the crates are shipping ready and require no fumigation. Saving you both time and money (fumigation costs). They are export and shipping ready.
Lightweight Advantage
Rebul crates are up to 70% lighter in weight compared to wooden crates and those made of traditional materials whilst providing the same level of protection if not more. Rebul Packaging crates are non-abrasive compared to other packaging and materials.
