Rebul kraft and graphic honeycomb boards are made by fabricating kraft paper to form a continuous triangular series of cells resulting in paper honeycomb core. The paper honeycomb core is then laminated on both sides with kraft paper resulting in lightweight(up to 80% compared to traditional materials) and rigid boards that can carry shear, bending and compressive loads.
Their high crush to strength ratio of the boards offers designers, manufacturers, and board converters with a cost effective alternative to fiberglass, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), foam and plywood boards when cost and weight are prohibitive.
The boards are lightweight, versatile, and easy to work with. They can be bonded to a variety of facing materials, painted on, printed on, sized, cut, shaped, and curved to adapt to virtually an application. Can be easily cut using a knife, handsaw or electric saw, and CNC depending on desired use, capability, and application.
